If you want to avoid making bad decisions, and always make the right decision, read this:
Your success depends on the decisions you make.
If that’s true, then how do you improve your ability to make the right decisions?
What if there were a method you could apply to guarantee you make the right choices?
Luckily, there is.

This model has generated millions for me and my partners.
More importantly, it has relieved the stress and the burden of being the guy that everyone depends on to make the right choice.
Here’s my 5-step system for making the right decision every time…

Here’s my 5-step system for making the right decision every time…
1. Identify The Problem
This sounds obvious, but people often focus on surface-level issues rather than the root problem.
Ask yourself what the issue is, then ask why it’s an issue, then ask why again.
That will get you to the root.

3. Focus On What Matters
Most aspects of a problem don't actually matter.
They’re just noise.
List every element of the issue at hand, then circle the one or two factors that matter most.

4. Filter By Your Ideal Outcome
What do you want?
Knowing that is half the battle.
Once you have an ideal outcome, ask yourself which choice would skew the factors of the problem in your favor.

5. Execute Ruthlessly
The final step is the simplest.
It’s putting your secondary desires to the side and ruthlessly executing on what you really want.
This is difficult, but as you build up discipline and consistently make good decisions, it will become easy.

Summary:
- Identify the problem
- Use the important-urgent matrix
- Focus on what matters
- Filter by your ideal outcome
- Execute ruthlessly
And if you hit a snag in the process, understand that your gut is usually right.
Tap into it, then do what it tells you to do.

That’s everything.
