Porn ruins your brain with addiction.
Here are 5 steps to rewire your brain to stop watching porn:
Disclaimer:
You can't "rewire" your brain.
"Rewiring your brain" is a natural process the brain goes through when you quit.
But you can rewire your subconscious mind.
And this is much more effective. So that's what I'm going to teach you.
Step 1)
Identify bad beliefs
Your subconscious mind is controlled by beliefs
These beliefs build your reality.
If you belief "Quitting porn is the hardest thing you'll ever do as a man"
Then guess what?
Some of the worst beliefs are:
- "I need to have sex to quit"
- "Quitting porn is too hard"
- "I have to have a release"
- "Once more won't hurt"
- "I'll just take a peak"
- "It's not hurting anyone else"
Speaking these over yourself keeps you trapped in addiction.
Step 2)
Identify triggers and cravings
You need to become aware of everything that makes you want to watch porn.
Whether it's an image, video, setting, time of day, or room in your house.
Write them all down.
This helps you become more aware of them.
So when you catch yourself experiencing triggers or cravings
You can rewire your response to them.
This is next level quit-porn methods.
(I'll show you how do this in step 4)
Step 3)
Build Better Beliefs
Now that you have identified your bad beliefs and triggers and cravings
You can begin to replace them with something better.
I do this for my clients on our first call.
I break down their bad beliefs and replace them with good ones.
This hits their subconscious mind and it's how they experience results in days.
For example:
"You don't watch porn because you're horny
You watch porn because you're hurting"
My clients sit back and relax as I make quitting porn easy.
Step 4)
Active Rewiring
This is where you must counter bad beliefs in real time with good ones.
"I want to watch porn"
If you hear yourself say this you need to have a counter:
"I could watch it, but I have more energy porn-free"
You can also do this with pen and paper.
It's how I quit nicotine in 7 days.
I painted a vivid picture of what my nicotine-free life would look like.
This picture was so real it became a lived experience in my subconscious mind.
Step 5)
Envision your porn-free life
Like I did with quitting nicotine you need to do with quitting porn.
I give my clients the exact hypnotic framework for this exercise.
You rewire the subconscious mind in two ways:
1. Replacing bad beliefs
2. Replacing fantasies
When you envision your porn-free life you want it to make you feel better than porn.
Otherwise you won't want to choose it.
How will you feel?
What will it be like?
How will you relate to others?
What will your relationships be like porn-free?
Those questions hold power.
You have two options.
