Are you a procrastinator?
Maybe you're procrastinating right now.
It's ok. We all do it.
BUT, if you want to beat procrastination, and grab life by the balls.
Use these 5 steps:

1. Break down your goals
β€œGet fit”
is NOT an actionable goal.
β€œTake 10,000 steps per day”
is an actionable goal.
The smaller and more specific you break down your goals the easier it will be to act on them.
2. Set limits on learning time
growth:
learn --> apply --> learn --> apply
procrastination:
learn --> learn --> learn --> learn
Excessive learning can actually become a form of procrastination.
For each hour of learning, spend an hour applying.
3. Have a clear vision
Taking action without knowing your direction
is like trying to find a treasure without a map.

4. Make it enjoyable
For many people, acting on their goals can be uncomfortable.
Consistent action is much easier when it's enjoyable to do.
Put on some good music, make a cup of coffee.
Get excited to get shit done.
5. Make it a habit
Working on your dreams daily should be a non-negotiable.
Set a time each day when you take purposeful action on your goals.
Even just 15 minutes in the beginning.
