When I was young my parents gave a lot of importance to self defence, it helped in a few tight situations.
About 10 years ago I & my family members began learning use of weapons for self defence even though we have a security detail. It never hurts to learn & be ready.

Just like India’s nuclear deterrence is a necessity and mutually assured self destruction is the reason we are still around. If Sonia had her way China and Pakistan would have swallowed us whole.
