Productivity masterclass under 2-minutes:
Put your project on paper.
Love has more patience, so pursue projects that excite you.
Do it. Clarity comes through doing.
Set deadline.
Use external accountability.
β†’ Do a pre-sale (I did this for my course.)
β†’ Get an accountability partner (I published a visual every day. If I didn't, I sent my friend 1EUR. We did this for a whole year.)
Having skin in the game works.
Make it digestible to break the feeling of overwhelm.
Turn off perfection. You can improve it later.
Great stuff happens when we're in flow.
Plan long stretches of uninterrupted work. (I know it can be challenging, but do your best)
Get to flow faster using these five flow triggers.
Example 1: Remember external accountability? That's risk.
Example 2: Start your day with editing, so you don't face a blank page. That's pattern recognition.

Do the basics. Sleep, eat and turn off notifications.
You will fail along the way. That's fine. Frame it correctly.
When things don't work, double down on iteration.
When things do work, double down on consistency.
Now go and crush it! Good luck. β™₯️
