Colonisation of South Africa
1. Recently court in SA ruled that songs ‘Ki!! the Boer’ which is banned by Twitter,TikTok,Youtube etc does not constitute as hate speech towards minority white community.
Reason : Its an old liberation & freedom struggle song against Colonisation.
2. Case was filed by AfriForum, NGO focused on interests of white population against EFF, 3rd largest political party known for formenting anti-white sentiments in SA.
The NGO argued that song, heard at many EFF rallies incites violence & fuels farm murders of white people.
3. AfriForum’s campaign has been exposed for being based with bogus claims many times. Farm murders of both white & black do happen but they are on DECLINE.
Most dangerous crime are highly concentrated in African & coloured areas, while Whites retain immense economic power.
4. NYT report states Whites make up 10% of population but control 90% of South Africa’s wealth, while 80% of black population owns almost nothing.
Department of Rural Development and Land Reform’s Land Audit Report reveals that whites still own 72% of agricultural land in SA.
5. Colour of skin determines where you live in SA & quality of life. Job centers are mostly in white areas, much farther away from black townships.
Division imposed by European colonisers is known as Apartheid, a legal system of segregation, discrimination on grounds of race.
6. During Apartheid major limitations was placed on blacks in South Africa, access to land political rights were denied, education and job opportunities limited which pushed them into cycles of poverty.

7. White minorities have controlled majority black natives in SA for centuries.
It all started in 1965 when Dutch colonised SA and introduced Slavery and Forced Labour Mode.
The Dutch shipped between 550,000–600,000 Africans in the Atlantic Slave Trade alone.
8. In 1795 British invaded & took over Cape Colony from Dutch.
Now English claim that “British Slave Trade Act 1807” prohibited British settlers from keeping slaves in capetown, and importation of slaves was also banned in all British colonies.
But we Indians know thats a lie!
9. Tensions between Dutch & British settlers grew because the Dutch BOERS (farmers) were unable to keep their slaves.
When in reality British drove BOERS away because they were starting to discover Dimaonds and Gold in South Africa.
10. BOERs being driven north by British and landed directly into Tribal area but with superiority of military skills, laden with rifles and long knives they were able win and invade more and more tribal lands, driving the tribes north and taking their children as slaves.
11.Later British & Boers fought many wars for various territories but Boers were ultimately forced to surrender in 1902.
Union of South Africa was formed in 1910 under the British Empire with the blessing from the queen.
They introduced Hut Tax (lagaan) similar in India.
12. Boers and Britishers together also disenfranchised all non-whites with Apartheid system.
Then enacted “Native Land Act” which pushed blacks off the land they owned or rented tenants on for years and relocated them in congested slum towns or in desolate desolate''homelands.
13. Hope this gives a little understanding about the Court ruling the song which has enraged whites in Europe and West.
Here is video of people chanting the song outside South Gauteng High Court, Johannesburg.
