The 7 best productivity hacks of all time:
Ok ok, sorry for the clickbait title.
Of course the hacks that work for each

these have been the 7 best:
1. The Daily Highlight
I learned this from the book βMake Timeβ.
Basically choose ONE IMPORTANT THING each day that is a non-negotiable task.
Ignore everything else until it's finished.
It taught me that what you work on is just as, or more important than how hard you work.

5. Batching
Small tasks can be dangerous.
They feel productive, but often they break our focus, and kill our ability to perform deep work.
Batch those little buggers together.
Do them all in a scheduled block.
Stop letting them interrupt actual important work.

6. 2-Minute Rule
This one goes hand in hand with batching.
Before you sit down, if you have a task that take less than 2 minutes to finish.
DO IT NOW.
Clear them out so they aren't nagging at the back of your mind while you're trying to focus on your big tasks.

7. Make it enjoyable
Most of us don't have Jocko Willink level discipline.
And we never will.
A key part of making productivity sustainable is to make it enjoyable.
Small things go a long way:
- Good cup of coffee
- A playlist you love
- Nice workspace
Shoutout @AliAbdaal
