-Just take one more step you’ll surprise yourself how far you’ll come with this mentality.
-Realize it take time to see results for things that really matter in life.
-Focus on the long term outcome because that is what really matters.
-Stop looking for short dopamine hits because they don’t last.
-Tell yourself this is the only way to get better. Let your words become your best motivation.
-Start working out. It will help you see that hard things must be done and results aren’t always immediate.
-Remember how far you’ve come. Sometimes you just need a reminder of what you’ve done to become motivated again.
-Remember your purpose. Why did you start? If it truly was important than you won’t quit.
-Share your goals and struggles with others. More perspectives will help you.
-Realize nothing good comes easy. Anything worthwhile is going to be hard to get
-Evaluate if it’s actually a good idea or if you’re just scared of the future. Nothing is clear until you make it clear.
-Remember how it felt last time you quit and decide from there
-At some point you will never have this opportunity again. Do you really want to waste it?
-You need to be responsible for yourself. Have you really given your all or have you not and that’s just your excuse?
