This segment tests the likelihood that a group of customers will stop purchasing entirely from your site and switch to a competitor.
This is a MUST to analyze churn and predict where and when to target customers within the buying cycle.
2️⃣ LIFETIME VALUE SEGMENT
This allows you to predict annual revenue from current clients.
