Mindset shifts to unlock your true potential:
Doing Vs Thinking
Without action, thoughts are just thoughts.
With action, thoughts become things.
I can Vs I can't
You absolutely have to believe in yourself
Self-belief combined with positive thoughts will compel you to take action.
Gratitude Vs Entitlement
Instead of thinking the world owes you something bigger, be grateful for what you already have.
If you can't be grateful for what you already have, you won't be grateful for the amazing things to come.
Finding opportunities Vs Waiting for opportunities
Opportunities don't present themselves to you, you find them.
But you won't find any without action, and the more you believe in yourself the bigger the opportunities you'll find.
Privilege Vs Chore
The work you have to do to make it big isn't a chore, if you have found the opportunity to do that work, it's a privilege.
With the right mindset this again will compel you to take action when you normally would not.
How can I prove myself right? Vs How can I prove myself wrong?
Accept you may be wrong.
If you only ever try to prove yourself right, confirmation bias will consume you, and you'll only ever take in knowledge that fits your narrative.
It'll lead to poor awareness.
Comfort V Change
People who are comfortable tend to resist change.
Change is constant, it'll happen anyway, you may ride the wave instead of dragging your anchor.
You can't progress without embracing change.
