7 HABITS TO INCREASE YOUR PRODUCTIVITY...
1/ Start your day by doing the most important task.
Your mental power is at his peak during the morning, which can help execute a difficult task. Also, by doing so, the less important task becomes easier to perform.
2/ Stop multitasking
Humans can't fully focus on 2 things at once. By multitasking, you divide your attention into multiple task, which make it harder to focus on one thing and also, it makes it hard to complete the actual task.
3/ Avoid distraction during work time.
Distractions are productivity killers, they prevent you from completing tasks and makes them stressful and more difficult than they appear.
4/ Monitor your habits.
Monitoring your habits increases the chances of actually performing a behavior, whether it's a productive habit or not.
5/ Work smarter rather than hard work.
If working hard was the key to success, everyone would be successful. In my opinion, people should work harder in a smarter way rather than trying to work hard in a direction that leads nowhere.
6/ Meditate
With a calm and relaxed state of mind, people are able to perform better and sharpen their focus. Meditation leads to that state of mind.
7/ Sleep for 8 hours
A poor sleep quality affects negatively every capability of the body.
Don't neglect sleep.
Also, a one hour nap during the day can be helpful to cope with a bad night's sleep.
