3/ Covered Calls
In order to sell Covered Calls you must 1st own 100 shares of an underlying stock or ETF
You can also use spreads to do this in the case you dont own 100 shares

Covered calls are when you sell the option at a strike price HIGHER than today's price
You earn a premium right away
Your shares will get called away if the price surpasses the strike price

This strategy I utilize for stocks I WANT to own, but do not want to buy at the current strike price
