My Routine for becoming supremely confident

1) I work on my mindset every day. This includes things like meditation, visualization, and positive affirmations
2) I get moving physically. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind. I make sure to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day
3) I eat healthy foods that make me feel good. I avoid processed sugars and foods that make me feel sluggish
4) I take care of my appearance. I make sure to look my best every day so that I feel good about myself
5) I surround myself with positive people. I avoid negative people and situations that bring me down
6) I do something that makes me happy every day. This could be anything from reading to going for a walk, to watching a movie
7) I make sure to get enough sleep. This is vital for having a clear head and feeling good the next day
8) Sleeping Naked: I read somewhere that sleeping naked makes you feel more confident because you are comfortable in your own skin
9) I practice self-compassion. I am kind to myself and allow myself to make mistakes. I forgive myself and move on
10) I am grateful for what I have. This includes my health, my family, my friends, and all of the wonderful things in my life
