If you spend your evenings mindlessly scrolling through social media, these tips won't help you.
Following these suggestions and turning off your phone an hour before bed will yield results.
Tip 1
• Before going to bed, spend five to ten minutes massaging the soles of your feet and palm with cow ghee.
Tip 2
• One teaspoon of turmeric in one cup of warm milk before bed will promote restful sleep.
Tip 3
• A combination of hot milk and ashwagandha promotes restful sleep.
Tip 4
• A combination of hot milk and teaspoon of cow ghee can also give you deep sleep.
Tip 5
• Before going to bed, put two to three drops of cow's ghee in your nostrils to help you relax and fall asleep.
Tips 6
• Daily meditation for 15 minutes also promotes restful sleep at night.
Tip 7
• Improve your digestive system if have weak digestion and other gastric issues then it will affect your sleep cycle.

• Avoid Eating heavy meal at night.
