I’ve done over 550m organic views on TikTok ☘️
And built a 6-fig agency.
Here are 8 things I’d do differently if I was starting from 0:
1/ I’d choose products more carefully.
On TikTok, it is essential that the product fits the app.
Now I know exactly which products will not come in and I no longer take on such projects.
2/ I’d invest more in scripts than in the creators.
In fact, 70% of the success of a video is an idea and a hook, so it makes no sense to pay hundreds of dollars for videos if the idea is bad.
3/ The number of followers of the creator you choose will not affect the views on the brand account.
But if a blogger has recognition! This will help the account grow faster.
Followers ≠ recognition.
4/ There is no point in inventing something new (ideas) when you are just starting out.
The results will be better if you copy the successful experience of your competitors.
5/ I’d build a bonus system with creators.
If the creator shows good results, it is worth rewarding him.
If there are no results, then the payment should be less.
6/ I’d focus more on expert content back in 2019.
Then it was almost gone, and a vast number of niches were free.
But for some reason, we filmed dancing…
7/ I'd start with building services with retainers
Because you can give the client the best results only if you will work with him in a long term.
8/ I'd focus more on hiring the best people in the industry
Such people will cost you a lot.
But these investments are always worth it.
