it cannot be chanted by ordinary people. Because there are many rules of chanting and it can be chanted only under the guidance of the Guru. It is said that it was difficult to defeat Ravana even in battle by Ram ji as he chanted this Mantra.

3. Follow Brahmacharya
4. Protection of Guru is necessary.
