اراد المالك ان يجدد الواجهات من الطراز البريطاني-السوداني القديم لطراز عصري
The owner approached us to renovate the facades from the classic Sudanese-British style to a more contemprary style

كان التحدي في التعامل مع كتل المبنى والمنامات حيث ان المبنى محاط بها. كما ان اشكال البلكونات الدائرية شكلت تحدي في تجديد الطراز.

كانت الحلول لها بتزريع سيخ في اللسقفة الخرصانية لاضافة بعض المساحة و تغليف الاشكال الدائرية و خلق التداخل بين الكتل.
The challenges were overcome by extending the floors and cover their circuar ends as well as creating a stronger connection between the parts of the building.

و تمت اضافة فريمات من لوائح الاسمنت باضاءة مخفية في الواجهات باضائتها الخاصة لابراز الكتل و خلق النمط العصري للمبنى.
