10 simple habits that are destroying your confidence without you even knowing it :
1. Taking things personally
When you take everything personally, you think you are being blamed for everything. That may not be even for you.
This hurts your self-esteem & confidence as you become defensive to everything that is being said.
2. Ignoring your appearance
Lets face it, your appearance matters, You may want to think the other way but it is what is.
If you don't feel good or confident about how you look, then how would you feel confident in your actions ?
3. Hunched Posture
I wrote about this earlier. Your body & mind are linked to each other.
Sit straight. Stand straight. Your confidence levels will go up.

4. People Pleasing
If you want to make everyone happy, you will end making everyone unhappy.
More importantly people will take advantage of you. And when that happens you will blame yourself. You see how you get stuck in the negative loop.
Just say No, to things you want to
5. Quitting (Quickly)
You will fail at everything you quit. Right ?
Then how will you get confidence of doing something if you keep quitting ? Complete whatever you start you will feel better about yourself.
6. Approval Seeking
If you are seeking approval for everything you do your sense of self-worth depends on how other people perceive you.
And you cannot control how others perceive you.
7. Negative Self Talk
You are exactly who you think you are.
By repeatedly filling yourself with negativity, you develop the mindset that you are not worthy or good enough.
Even if you are not good enough. You dont have to tell yourself every minute. Become good enough.
8. Fake it till you make it
Sounds good, doesn't work.
If you have to fake it, that means you are not happy with what you are. How will you ever feel confident in yourself if you are not even happy with who you are ?
Be your true authentic self

If you constantly keep apologizing, you keep telling your mind that you always have a reason to be sorry, even if there isn't .
tbh, the more you apologize the more people around you think you are at fault which keeps blowing your confidence.
10. Letting the situation control you:
If you are at peace with yourself, if you believe in your abilities, if you are your true authentic self you will always be confident no matter the situation.
Always remember you control how you respond to the situation.
