In 2020 it was starting a Lead Gen Agency
In 2021 it was high-ticket sales
In 2022 a content repurposing agency is the "hot trend"
Here's how you can get clients paying you $5k - $10k/mo...
A thread🧡
I know this offer is valuable bc we have 2 agency clients working with such an agency, and they pay $10k+/mo..
I got access to some SOPs and reverse-engineered their process, so let's dive into how you can succeed & make real money...
1/ The offer - PART 1
Clients don't care about "content"
It's intangible
They only care about making $$$
And we all know $$$ comes from getting attention
And good content drives A TON of attention
1/ The offer - PART 2
Take it from someone who deals w/ clients daily
Clients don't want to record 90+ videos every month
We have clients that barely get us 5 videos
Your offer needs to show that they need to do barely any work
For example:
A client of ours does this:
When he has a coaching call, he sets up a camera at a 45-degree angle and films the whole call
He sends the clip to the agency, which then creates 10+ clips from that video
He has around 8 calls/mo, which results in 90+ clips
Simple
1/ The offer - SUMMARY
Your offer should be:
Help you create/post 90+ pieces of content on all platforms (IG, TT, Linkedin, FB, YT) to grow your sales by becoming a niche authority, without you having to record a single video.
Great offer in my eyes...
Let's move on...
2/ Delivery - Part 1
This is where 99% of you fck up
If you see a 60-second clip that looks valuable, don't just cut it out & edit it
Think strategically
Which 2-3 second part could be the hook & has the biggest "mass-appeal"?
Maybe even test 2-3 different editing versions
Every "viral" great video is created the following:
1) Hook (gives away a promise, says something controversial, makes you stop scrolling)
2) Body (holds attention, adds context/backstory, leads up to "main point")
3) Takeaway (deliver message / main point)
4) Call to action
If this is the anatomy of 90% of viral talking head reels.
If you want some great examples of "content repurposing", check out these guys on IG (one of them is a client of ours ;))

Here's the catch
2/ Delivery - PART 2
You don't get good at it overnight
You need to live & breathe this for 8h/day for 30 - 90 days to get proficient at it
It Took our agency over 180+ videos before we went viral on back-to-back posts
But once we did, the reward was well worth it
3/ First Action Steps - PART 1
You want to split up your days like this
1h/day - Research viral content & take notes
-> What's their hook?
-> What stood out?
-> How was it edited?
-> # of different clips
Really become a student of the game
Then it's time for Practice...
3/ First Action Steps - PART 2
Start by finding a decent Youtuber who has yet to REALLY blow up
Take his video and create a bunch of short clips
I recommend doing 5 - 10 videos / day minimum
Post them on TikTok/IG on an account named *creatorname*clips
Now you get free feedback how good/bad your editing is
FREE MENTORSHIP, imagine that
Now you can tweak your
- Hook
- Editing Style
- Clip duration
etc.
You practice daily for 30 days, I am convinced you will go viral and have a better understanding of it than 90% of people
4/ Getting Clients
This is a little "ninja hack" for you
If you have a client you think you could crush for, and he doesn't respond to DMs / E-Mail etc., do the following
1) Repeat Step 3 using his existing content
2) Tag the prospect in every video you post
3) If your clips go viral, he will grow followers, and he'll wonder who TF is creating those clips
4) Send him a loom where you break down how you did that & how you could do this at scale
Now, there are 2 scenarios
1) He will pay you & become a client
2) You have multiple accounts with followers interested in a particular person/field
You can take advantage of a 2nd business model I broke down in this thread belowπŸ‘‡πŸΌ
Either way, you you follow Step 1 - 3 for 30 - 90 days, you will have a way to make solid money
But let's finish the scenario of a prospect turning into a client
5/ 1st client
Your 1st client is key
Get him results, and you can quickly scale up...
But without testimonials, charging $$$ becomes hard
Therefore, only charge $1k - $2k/mo for your first client
My biz partner & I did this when we had our 1st client
Today, clients pay us up to $40k/mo for the exact same service
The only difference was
1) Sociall proof of client results
2) Us becoming better at the service the more clients we worked with
Put your ego aside and listen to me on this one.
This is literally the entire script on how you can go and make $5k/mo or $10k/mo from a single client in the next 30, 90, 180 days, depending on your work input
The ball is in your court now!
Will you take action?
I hope this gave you some value & helps you make that online bread
