Upon analysis of the 15 sub-sub ICD codes for Cancer Mortality, we find 2 results:
1. Top sigma-run risers are Lymphatic, Respiratory, Kidney, Breast, Male Genitals, Digestive, & Female Genitals
2. Entropy - no relationship between sigma-run, and percentage rise of deaths.

Inference 3.
The total Pull Forward Effect is 711 cancer deaths per week. We have been using 110 (15%).
∴ The cancer signal is far more stark than my conservative approach has been indicating. We will continue to use a very conservative PFE ~ 35% for the future.
