Here's the perfect morning routine (that will change your life):
1. Wake up by sunrise.
Programming your inner clock to make you wake up early consistently is a great way of waking up refreshed and energized every morning.
2. Get out of bed.
Put your phone somewhere out of your reach before you go to bed.
Our phones are the main reason why we stay in bed after waking up which is what we HAVE to avoid.
3. Shower and get dressed before breakfast.
Showering will help you overcome your tiredness and further decrease the risk of going back to bed after eating breakfast.
After your breakfast, you will feel even more energized and can immediately start being productive.
4. Read a book.
My favorite way of starting my productive day is by reading a book for 2-3h.
It´s an activity that isn´t too demanding but that will activate your brain and teach you valuable lessons for your career, business or personal life.
5. Go for a walk.
This is a bit of a cliché but you will think differently about it once you experienced the benefits of going for a one-hour walk every day.
And this is the best time to do that. Fresh air, sun shining and peaceful silence.
6. Cook.
Well-rounded nutrition with fibers, vitamins, protein and monounsaturated fats will keep your body healthy and energized.
Cooking can be time-consuming but there are a lot of tips and tricks you can use like cooking enough food for multiple meals.
7. Physical exercise.
If it´s jogging, going to the gym or playing a sport, these are all ways to keep your body fit and produce serotonin and endorphins that will activate your reward system, increase your energy levels and increase your long-term happiness.
8. Work.
Now it´s time to work and be productive. Remove all distractions for this period and level up your business, look where to invest your money, write a book or create a business concept.
There are endless ways to generate income nowadays.
9. Free time.
Spend the rest of your evening doing whatever you want.
Spend time with your friends or loved ones and yes.
And stay away from self-destructing habits like drinking or gambling.
10. Good night.
Go to sleep at least 7h before sunrise and repeat!
Congrats! You are now set up for success, happiness and fulfillment.
