I caught the corrupt @MichStatePolice and @FBI AGAIN. HARD PROOF. They swapped a video security system (NVR) with mine. The one that they swapped it with had a admin backdoor, was connected to a hidden network, had an extra NIC (2 Total).

After discovering that "my" NVR was not mine and that it had an Extra Network Interface Card (NIC), I ran ping tests on both NICs AFTER I turned off my phone and powered down my network. The NVR was connected to a hidden network (pings)

Initially, I started manually assigning static IPs to the IP PoE cameras, and when I did, all of sudden 7/8 new "cameras" appeared. They were labeled "remote camera." Huh. That is pretty strange. What do you think?
Here is me changing the communications protocols and creating nonsense IPs and URLs to break the communication from the @MichStatePolice and @FBI surveillance perverts.

I should have posted this earlier sorry - this was taken at the same time I did the ping tests on both NICs. NIC2 didn't even appear in the menu or chart. REAL SNEAKY GUYS. THEY MUST PAY YOU THE BIG BUCKS.
I determined what their feeble minded plan was. They were increasingly trying to get me to report the break-ins and vandalism and with nothing to show on the cameras they would try and label me as crazy. Great plan guys.
