How to stop giving a f*ck what other people think:
We're often told to stop caring what others think.
That's like telling someone to stop being nervous.
It's useless "advice".

Let's try to get more actionable with it.
Here are 5 things I do that help me care less, and live more:
Here are 5 things I do that help me care less, and live more:
1. Build confidence
Confidence comes from proof.
Proof that you can do the hard things you set out to do.
Proof that you can live up to the standards you set for yourself.
Start putting in the reps.
True confidence built on a foundation of proof will make you unshakable.

2. Empathize
We only ever truly know things from our own frame of reference.
OTHER PEOPLE DON'T KNOW YOUR LIFE.
THEY DON'T KNOW YOUR STORY.
And it's not their responsibility to.
Once I accepted this, I was able to stop taking everything so personally.

3. Zoom out
Sometimes we get so bogged down by micro things, that we lose sight of the big picture entirely.
Ask yourself:
"Will this matter a year from now?"
If the answer is NO, it's probably not worth losing any sleep about now.
Don't miss the forest for the trees.

4. The "Asshole Filter"
A simple rule of thumb I live by:
If someone is being a judgmental asshole, then I probably never wanted that person in my life anyway.
Why waste time on what some asshole thinks or says?
I would rather give that energy to the people I love.

5. No regrets
Imagine lying on your deathbed and regretting not starting a business, or going back to school, or being true to yourself.
Imagine being so worried about what other people think, that you stop yourself from really living.
That would be the ultimate tragedy.

That's a wrap!
