9 iPhone apps that can double your productivity:
1/ Things 3 by @culturedcode
Get things done! Things help you plan your day, manage your projects, and progress toward your goals. I’ve used Things to organize my todo-list for over 14 years!
2/ Calendar by Fantastical @flexibits
Fantastical is a powerful calendar app including intuitive, natural language text parsing, beautiful calendar views, and my favorite feature: switching calendar sets (one for work - one for family)
3/ Superhuman @Superhuman
The fastest way to process your mail. In a couple of weeks, this has become one of my favorite apps due to its speed and features like easy scheduling and snippets.
4/ Obsidian @obsdmd
I use Obsidian as my second brain. All of my meeting notes, drafts, and ideas are stored there. Here is one of the ways I use it:
5/ iA Writer @iAWriter
The best writing environment! You won’t believe how much I type on my phone! But iA Writer makes the experience flawless.
Since Obsidian uses Markdown files, I can edit and write on the same files in iA Writer.
6/ Spotify @Spotify
Spotify can be used for distractions, but it can also help set you up for productivity. When I need something done, I put on:
- Says by Nils Frahm on repeat
- One of the focus playlists by Endel
- Tron by Daft Punk
- Any album by Hans Zimmer
7/ PopFrame @PopFrameApp
Ever need to display a screen recording or screenshot for social media? PopFrame makes it easy (and quick) to create beautiful images and videos from your existing screenshots and screen-recordings!
8/ One Sec @one_sec_app
One sec delay opening apps you don’t want to spend time using. A valuable tool for adding friction to potential time sinks.
9/ 1Password @1Password
If you don’t use a password manager, you’re missing out both in terms of security and ease of use! 1Password is the best solution out there! I’ve used it for over 12 years (and counting)!
