There are many ways and platforms that supports extracting text from audio file.
Such as
1. IBM's Speech to Text: cloud.ibm.com
2. Google Speech to Text: codelabs.developers.google.com

In this example, I have used @AssemblyAI for transcribing the audio file.
You can also try that by getting a free API Key from the @AssemblyAI website.
