😢 A sad day for the Ummah. What an amazing body of work and legacy. He was an ‘Alim, a modern day patriarch for us, who helped navigate the Ummah with wisdom and great concern, through tumultuous, unprecedented times.
It was an honour to study his work these past few years.

May Allah grant him Jannah, forgive him and write him as one of the Mujaddidun of our era. Ameen.
When you read his work or hear from those who worked closely with him, you see the concern and diligence of a caring father for his family on every front imaginable.

What some don’t understand is that you don’t have to agree with every conclusion of a scholar to appreciate their effort and ijtihad and contribution.
