I own over 30 faceless YouTube channels that make me $1M+/year.
The secret to win every time: following a proven system.
7 tips on how to grow a faceless channel (without getting lucky):
1. Model what’s working
This is the most important tip you’ll get.
The best way to remove the guesswork is to model what has already worked in the past.
Not copying. But modeling.
2. Pick a proven niche
It’s WAY easier to monetize when you pick niches where people are already spending money.
A proven niche will give you:
• Higher CPMs
• More course sales
• More sponsorship deals
3. A/B test thumbnails
Thumbnails are that important.
It doesn’t take much to A/B test them.
If you’re not great at design, hire someone from Fiverr or UpWork.
It’s fairly easy to search for a freelancer that can design the style you’re looking for.
4. Analyze the data
I know. It sounds boring.
But sometimes the work just needs doing.
Go back to your best performing videos and figure out what worked well.
Double down on those.
5. Outsource videos
When you’re making enough money, use the funds to invest in more and better videos.
Quality and quantity pay off in the long run.
The faster you can remove yourself from the operations, the faster you can scale.
6. Optimize your videos
Optimizing keywords is key to getting discovered on YouTube.
I use tools like vidIQ to do keyword research and analysis.
Aim to rank for keywords that have potential, but aren't saturated.
7. Last but not least I have a SECRET METHOD and the secret method is buying end screens!
The End Screen appears in the last 5-20 seconds of a video. Just pay big channels to put your video in their end screen.
