Self-talk that will Hack your Brain

What we say to ourselves gets imprinted into our subconscious. We can't afford to have negative self-talk.
Do the opposite, speak to yourself in a kind way.
Use these highly effective phrases and reprogram your mind in 30 days:
1. Everything always goes my way
It may sound outlandish, but it works like a charm. Say it to yourself a few times and you'll feel better instantly.
Everything seems possible.
2. No big deal, I got this
We usually make a big deal out of not-so-bad situations. This phrase will get your feet back on the ground.
When facing adversity, use this phrase for calming down and feeling confident.
3. Why do I even care about __?
Our deepest insecurities are sometimes rooted in unimportant stuff like:
- 10 extra pounds.
- Too tall/short
- Not rich
Most are not life or death situations, so why do you even care?
Having a stress-free attitude towards life will make you enjoy the most out of it.
4. I've done it in the past (remember)
Most of the things that cause insecurity, you probably faced something similar in the past.
And probably did it ok. And even if you failed, you know the consequences aren't so bad.
Sometimes we need to remember more than we need to learn.
5. I'm chill, calm & carefree
I bet that by reading this you already feel calm. I want you to visualize yourself as if you already have those 3 traits.
How do you move? What do you say?
Say this a few times, take a deep breath and enjoy life as much as possible.
