The sabotage of the Nord Stream (NS1) and Nord Stream 2 (NS2) pipelines in the Baltic Sea has propelled us toward a new level of hybrid warfare. The Anglo-American regime has now demonstrated it is willing to commit acts of terrorism on even its most committed allies.

MH-60R is a multi-mission helicopter with anti-submarine warfare as primary mission. In addition, they can be used for support of "special combat" missions and amphibious assault.

The short term goal of all this is a desperate attempt to economically subjugate the EU to the US, a "reset" to post-WW2 status quo. As the US fully slides into failed state status, the feverish and perverse "dark elves" are lashing out at their allies and their own population.
This classified RAND document which leaked on the 13th was claimed to be "fake" by the neocon think tank. RAND backed this up by using the word "bizarre".

My intuition tells me that document was leaked intentionally. The responsible faction(s) within the US-Davisoid "gangster grey goo" network want everyone to know they did it.
It should be noted that, no matter which faction of US/EU is responsible, this event sets the stage for retaliations against undersea fiber optic lines, or other infrastructure, either real or simulated.
