1/ Get 15 Minutes of Sun Exposure
It is important to expose your skin to sunlight for at least 15 minutes in the morning. It’s a mood-booster, and your skin will benefit from Vitamin D.
The morning sun will also properly set your circadian rhythm, so you are more alert.
2/ Eat Real Foods
Diet plays a massive role in your skin health. If you eat processed foods loaded with refined sugars and seed oils, you’re likely to develop chronically oily skin and break out.

If this is your sign to quit – take it! Smoking breaks down skin cells over time, leading to premature aging, wrinkles, fine lines, and dark spots on the skin. Avoid second-hand smoke too, which can affect the skin.
10/ Avoid Touching Your Face
