Qur'an mentions Maryam A.S's father as "Imran"
Allah says in Qur'an :
And the example of Maryam, the daughter of ‘Imran, who guarded her chastity, so We blew into [her garment] through our angel, and she believed in the words of her Lord. (66:12)

@Hadithoftheday There is a chapter in Qur’an in the name of "Imran" called “The family of Imran” i.e Āli-Imran. It is 3rd chapter of Qur'an. It consists of 200 verses

@Hadithoftheday The family of Imran consists of a man named Imran and his virtuous wife whose name was isn't mentioned.
Imran and his wife had two daughters. The eldest one was the wife of Prophet Zakariya A.S.
The younger one was Maryam A.S who was born long time after her elder sister

The elder sister was the mother of the Prophet Yahya A.S and the younger sister was the mother of the Prophet Isa A.S . One can imagine how great this family tree is as they were one of noble families

@Hadithoftheday Family of Imran (Aal-e-Imran) and Family of Ibraheem A.S (Aal-e-Ibraheem) are the two families mentioned as most noble in Glorious Qur'an.
Allah says in Qur'an:
"Indeed, Allah chose Adam and Noah and the family of Ibraheem and the family of 'Imran over the worlds" (Qur'an. 3:33)
