7-step system to get the life you've always wanted:
1. Rate your life up to this point on a scale from 1-10.
Quantifying your life is obviously not easy.
But putting a number to it is helpful for creating action steps and KPIs for your goals.

2. Write down the things that would bring your score up 1 full point.
Imagine what your life would look like if it were a 9 instead of an 8.
What would it take to reach that new score?

4. For each of your top 3, write an action you can do DAILY to bring you closer to that goal.
Use the SMART framework for this:

6. Keep this list on hand, review and update your actions weekly (if necessary).
This will help you keep the bigger picture in mind, while also remembering that daily action is the key.

7. Revise your score and your goals at the end of the month/year.
My advice here is to remember systems > goals.
Fall in love with the process of improving rather than always stressing about the next benchmark.
Self-improvement is a lifelong game.
