Despite a robust Aadhar Enabled Payment System (AEPS), Ranubala ji has not received her old age allowance for 4 months.
There is clear negligence at some level, which is now making her life miserable.

This is an administrative issue and should be dealt with accordingly. It is hard to imagine someone surviving on ₹1000 rupees a month.
