Of course, working in a scruffy office building with bad lighting and not going outside as much as you'd want isn't ideal
But there are ways to mitigate the negative side effects, as many of us aren't in a position to quit our job right away.

1. Work on your goals before work
Probably the most important of all.
If you ever want to fulfill your dream of living on your own terms, you must build a business on the side.
It's best to do this in the morning when you're still fresh and the most creative.

Now, I understand when you aren't in a position to do as such when you're on extremely early shifts for example.
In such cases, at least attach working on your business to a fixed moment in your day.

For example, work on your business every day for 30 mins before or after dinner.
This way the work will become habitual and creativity will flow to you more naturally.

As an office doesn't support moving your body, you must take matters into your own hands.
So my advice is to move first thing when you wake up.

3. Prepare your meals
No office restaurant in history has ever offered healthy meals without seed oils or processed sugars.
So you're best off avoiding this.

4. Get a pair of blue light blocking glasses
Working behind a screen all day has a detrimental effect on your eyes and mind.
We've known this for many years now, but the problem has gotten severe over the last few years.

This will hamper your fitness progress as well as muscle recovery.

Stand up at least every 30 minutes
Go outside at least every 2 hours
Stretch often (more on this below)

A crucial factor in taking care of yourself is ignoring the opinions of others, especially your colleagues in corporate work environments.
They have been brainwashed into believing that a vegan diet is healthy and that you should avoid saturated fats.

You will want to get the most out of your sleep if you want to not let the office affect you negatively.
Good sleep = less cravings, more energy, a higher drive for greatness, better muscle recovery, etc.

8. Stretch (a lot)
Your muscles are in a fixed, narrow position all day because you sit behind a desk.
To mitigate this, it's crucial to stretch every muscle in your body thoroughly at least twice a day.
Even better to do it during work too.

This one is crucial.
If you become friends with your colleagues, they'll want you at their parties and lame after-work drinks.

Being inside all day will do a lot of damage to your hormone production to EMF radiation and electromagnetic charges.
Undo most of this (not all) by standing in the grass (or any type of natural soil) for at least 20-30 mins a day.
