Genetic Ancestry of Pahadi/Garhwali Brahmins and Rajputs. Some Pahadi/Garhwali Brahmins and Rajputs have upto 15% Tibetan ancestry.
Ignore the "Rajasthani/UP" label here, that is certainly a mislabel.

The UP Brahmin and Rajasthani Rajput samples from Mondal 2016 et al are likely mislabels of Brahmin/Rajputs from Uttarakhand or Himachal, or they are migrants living in those states.
This is because these Brahmins and Rajputs carry 15-25% Tibetan ancestry.
Tibetan-mix UP Brahmin (UBR)
Russia_MLBA_Sintashta: 24% ± 2.1
Irula.DG: 18% ± 10.7
Indus Valley: 44.8% ± 7.8
Riang: 13.1% ± 3.4
Tibetan-mix Rajasthani Rajput (RAJ)
Russia_MLBA_Sintashta: 26.7% ± 2.7
Irula.DG: 17.1% ± 14.2
Indus Valley: 40.2% ± 10.9
Riang: 16% ± 4.1
Keep in mind that Irula =/ Onge/AASI as Irula itself is only 50% AASI. So actual AASI is around 10%, and around 20% if you count the AASI in Indus Valley.
