Vande Bharat is a High speed train as per Indian standards
To reach that speed, lighter material is used to make the front of engine to keep weight low & make an aerodynamic design.. ++

It's obvious that due to higher momentum on higher speeds, damage too gets increased on impact but at same time passengers didn't feel a thing nor anyone was injured.. ++
So basically, these accidents just show success of 'Make in India' & good & hard work of our engineers who kept safety of passengers a priority while speeding up rail travel in India.
Lighter material help cut cost to extent that repairing such small damages overnight is cheaper than using heavy material to reduce damage & disturb aerodynamic structure & increase weight

BTW on a lighter note, attacks over this particular train is expected because it's named Vande Bharat which might offend some people who can't pray to the country due to certain obligations of their community.
