If you want to become more consistent, read this:

"Consistency is the last refuge of the unimaginative."
- Oscar Wilde.
There are a lot of obstacles that get in our way of being consistent. But most of the time, those things are just excuses.
Here are a few tips that will help you improve your consistency and win in life.
Develop Consistent Habits:
Consistent Habits = Consistent Gain
To be more consistent in your life, you first need to develop more consistent habits.
Be Realistic in Your Goals
Stick to a Schedule
Use Reminders
Focus On One Goal:
Never bite off more than you can chew.
Take one step at a time and allow yourself time to progress before moving on.
For example, if you decide to upskill yourself, focus on developing one skill before you move on to the next.
Set Healthy Boundaries
Don’t make promises you can’t keep.
Too many promises will make you feel overwhelmed.
Learn to say no and establish personal boundaries.
Forgive Your Failures
As you pursue your consistency goals, you will get tired.
You will stumble:
You’ll skip a gym day
You’ll miss a deadline
You’ll arrive late for a meeting
Don’t beat yourself up. Move on. You'll eventually find success.
Track your progress:
You won’t see where you are going if you don't track your progress.
Remember, your progress keeps you motivated.
Once you start tracking your goals, you’re able to see the small, day-by-day progress that you might not otherwise notice.
Reward And Recharge
Once you’ve completed a small goal, treat yourself to something nice.
Take some time off and find ways to recharge.
Schedule a healthy time-out. It’s easy to burn out if you consistently focus or work on something.
Focus on the process, not the potential results:
Just because you don't get instant results doesn't mean you should quit.
Be present. Expect hardships and do the work.
You’ll be amazed to see how much progress you can make toward your dreams.
