16 tiny but (impactful habits) that will transform you in 90 days or less:
1) Journal your thoughts.
I journal every morning while taking the sunlight.
I give myself points—1-10 based on my current feelings.
Above 5 means feeling good, and below 5 means not feeling good.
5 is neutral.
I review my journal every weekend and try to double down on the stuff that makes me feel above 5—satisfied.
Journaling helps you clear your mind in the morning.
So you can focus on what matters in the present day.
2) Make your bed.
Give yourself a dose of motivation right after waking up in the morning + build momentum for the day ahead.
My intentions had changed—since the day I started doing it.
As you repeat the task, it gets fed into your memory and your future self will thank you.
3) Meditation.
For now, I meditate for 20 mins.
Meditation relaxes your mind and body.
It releases endorphin hormones that will supercharge your mood in an instant.
Start with 5 minutes a day.
Close your eyes, take deep breaths—and pay attention to your breath.
4) Express gratitude.
Thanking god for what he has given to you makes your day.
Most people always complain and they attract negativity.
Count your blessings, and attract more blessings.
You can't get more—without being grateful for what you already have.
Preach.
5) Internal shower.
Wake up and drink a glass of water or 2.
Water hydrates you and makes you feel good after sleep.
Make sure to drink it early on because your internal body—doesn't get nourished for 7-8 hours.
Normalize drinking water soon after waking up.
6) Breathing practice.
Inhale air through your nose.
Exhale it through your mouth.
Yes, this is basic.
But most people still do it wrong without even realizing it.
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the—mouth is necessary for mental clarity.
Pay attention.
7) 20 mins of walk in nature.
You don't need a fancy walking routine.
20 minutes of walking in nature and observing its beauty is a game changer.
The sweet noise of birds and fresh air will supercharge your mood.
It helps you focus—and work without feeling stressed.
8) Lay out clothes for tomorrow.
This is underrated but saves lots of time and mental energy in the morning.
Start from today, if you're taking out clothes for today, decide for tomorrow as well.
Or lay them out the night before.
9) Own the morning.
Sleep early to get up early.
See the sunrise and enjoy the first rays of the sun.
You're stressed because it's been a long time since you saw a sunrise.
Motivation is at its peak in the morning so complete—all those tasks that need more mental effort.
10) Keep your phone out of your reach.
Most people charge their phones at the side of their bed when they sleep.
Wrong.
You don't have to look at screens for at least 2 hours after waking up.
Save your mental energy.
11) 3 hours of focused work.
You don't have to be productive all day, 3 hours of deep work is phenomenal.
You can complete 1 hour of work in 20 mins if you're in flow-state.
Stay away from distractions, be laser-focused on 1 task, and produce great results.
12) Positivity before starting your day.
Read scriptures or philosophy before starting your day.
You don't need pearls of wisdom just a few positive vibes make a big difference.
So you can win your day even before starting it.
13) Learn to say no.
Learn prioritization, whenever you yes to unnecessary things—you disrespect your time and yourself.
You can't pour anything from an empty cup.
Focus on your goals and learn to say no.
...and yes to more learnings and opportunities.
14) Lift weights 3x a week.
Don't get melted into a soup of average.
Be masculine, and boost your testosterone.
Feel like a strong man because you owe it to yourself to be in good shape.
Be the hardest worker in the room.
15) Read 20 pages a day.
Most people confuse creativity with intelligence and genetics.
No.
You can cultivate creativity by consuming good knowledge and fascinating content.
The brain is a muscle, make it stronger and read every single day.
16) Call a friend every weekend.
Lack of communication destroys a great relationship.
Make sure you're maintaining healthy relationships—with your loved ones and friends.
Your network is your net worth.
Never forget it.
Start small, you don't have to force yourself to start big and lose motivation the next day.
Pick 2-3 habits for now and keep stacking more in the future—for maximum output.
Be consistent.
Stay focused and don't slide back into your old behavior.
