Something is seriously happening with my car at Mercedes Benz Sandton and no one is taking accountability.
My car has been at the dealership for 2 months now and we are about to enter month 3. It’s in for key replacement! I’m tired of calling/crying at this point.

Still paying for my car but I have to pay my driver as well because I need to get around. My service provider is MIA and I either have to physically go to the dealership or call customer services and pull a Karen in order to get any form of communication.
Brands require one to be a Karen in order to act. I’ve been calling the dealership & so has my insurance for 2 mnths, but now that I’m sharing on social media, all of a sudden I’m receiving calls from the dealership from 4 different people to give “ASSURANCE” …BATHONG DAVIDO?
After calling for a month and a half I decided to go directly to the dealership last week and I was told my key would be ready on Monday, TODAY. Called the dealership today and I got a new date, 25 October… that’s almost 3 months. No courtesy car, nothing 🙂 inene!
