- Quality of your relationships
Once you found something you enjoy, go tunnel vision on it.
3. Your priorities
Don’t prioritize cheap entertainment and dopamine hits.
Prioritize longevity:
- Your discipline
- Your career/business
- Your long-term happiness & health
4. How kind you are
Kindness is underrated.
You never know what people are going through behind closed doors.
Treat people with respect, regardless of how they treat you.
Always be the bigger person.
5. How open-minded you are
If you’re close-minded you’re limiting yourself to how much information you consume.
This has a direct impact on your level of education, health, finance, and so much more.
Be open-minded enough to have intellectual and mature conversations.
6. What you eat
Your body is a machine, and it needs to be oiled well to function.
Feed yourself:
- High-quality meat
- Pesticide-free veggies & fruits
- Filter spring water
You’ll feel 100x better within 30 days.

The quality of conversations you take part in has a direct impact on your life.
Make sure you’re surrounding yourself with people who talk about:

And your thoughts lead to your happiness.
It’s a choice you need to make.

Life should be taken seriously.
You’re only here for a finite amount of time.
Time will run out eventually, and a lot faster than you think.
Take your life seriously, and focus on the things you want out of it.
11. Who you hang out with
Your network is your net worth.
Hanging around with low-ambition people?
You’ll be the next person will low ambition.
Your network is one of the most important aspects of your life, don’t overlook it.
12. How big you dream
Don’t be afraid to dream big.
Even if you never achieve your wildest dream, you’ll end up with 1 of 2 outcomes:
1. A crazy outcome with a crazy story
2. A crazy story and a lot of lessons
You have 1 life, make sure you’re living it with big dreams.
