Men, 2022 is ending in 2 months. Do this for the next 60 days to become unstoppable next year...
1. Take cold showers.
Cold showers have unlimited benefits:
• Help focus
• Improve mental strength
• Release happy chemicals
• Strengthen immune system
Aim for 5 minutes of complete cold water time.
2. Read books.
Get one book for each category;
• Habits
• Finance
• Discipline
• Mental strength
By the end of the year, you'll be mentally prepared, know how to take action and be unstoppable.
3. Set new year goals.
Write down what;
• What you want to achieve
• How you will achieve them
Make sure you start will small steps and gradually make them bigger.
Many people start the year full steam and burn out, and so quit their goals early.
4. Spend time alone.
Time alone is proven to;
• Boost your productivity
• Help you understand yourself
You will also realise and appreciate the people you need to help improve in life.
Best activities for alone time:
• Reading
• Journaling
• Nature walks
• Going for long runs
These will also help you improve your mental health.
5. Let go of regrets.
Thinking and worrying about the past will not change anything.
The best thing you can do is;
• Realise your mistake
• Think of how you could've been better
• Use this knowledge for the rest of your life
6. Accept yourself.
Stop worring about thing's you can change, like;
• Looks
• Height
• Genetics
And start focusing on thing's you can improve;
