@reverendofdoubt @phil_bilodeau @ercowboy @itraslan @Roa_Alsajjan like you suggest, it's explained ICP elevation (such as known IIH, please LP) or new altered mental status ... in which case if you are LPing them, they've probably also gotten a CT scan for "why the heck are you altered?" anyways.
