Terms/Definitions
FVG - Fair Value Gap
OB - Orderblock
Discount Array - Under 50% Retracement
Premium Array - Over 50% Retracement
BB - Breaker Block
MB - Mitigation Block
BPR - Balanced Price Range
EQH - Equal Highs
EQL - Equal Lows
IDM - Inducement

Buyside Liquidity
-This is where the market wants to go when it’s bullish
-Price where smart money sells their longs
-Retail short stop losses
-Good buyside liquidity is a double top (Equal Highs)

Sellside Liquidity
-This is where the market wants to go when it’s bearish
-Price where smart money covers shorts
-Retail long stop losses

Discount & Premium
Discount - Anywhere below 50% level from previous low to high: Long in discount!
Premium - Anywhere above 50% level from previous high to low: Short in premium!

Bullish FVG (Long Entry)
-Under 50% in discount array
-Liquidity swept
-MSS Up

Bearish FVG (Short Entry)
-Over the 50% in premium array
-Liquidity swept
-MSS Down

Bullish Orderblock (Long Entry)
Red candle before up move in an UPTREND when draw on liquidity is higher (I enter at the open of the candle)
-Under the 50% in discount array
-Liquidity swept
-MSS Up

Bearish Orderblock (Short Entry)
Green candle before down move (I enter at open of the candle)
-Over the 50% in premium array
-Liquidity Swept
-MSS Down

Bullish FVG Stop Loss
#1 - Placed under recent swing low from FVG creation
#2 - Place below orderblock created before FVG

Bearish FVG Stop Loss
#1 - Placed over recent swing high from FVG creation
#2 - Placed above orderblock created before FVG

Bullish Orderblock Stop Loss
-Placed below orderblock

Bearish Orderblock Stop Loss
-Placed above orderblock

Bullish Breaker Block
-Old orderblock broken through
-Liquidity taken
-Under 50% in discount array
-MSS Up

Bearish Breaker Block
-Old orderblock block broke through
-Liquidity taken
-Over 50% in premium array
-MSS Down

Bullish Mitigation Block
-Old bearish orderblock broken through
-NO Liquidity taken
-Under 50% in discount array
-MSS Up

Bearish Mitigation Block
-Old bullish orderblock broken through
-NO Liquidity taken
-Over 50% in premium array
-MSS Down

Inducement Model
-Break of recent swing low or high to stop people out, then reverse
-NOT a market structure reversal
-Usually breaks swing low/high and bounces/rejects off OB or FVG
“NOT MSS” = Inducement (IDM)

Equal Highs & Equal Lows
EQH (AKA Double Tops) - Buyside liquidity that acts as a magnet to stop retail shorts out (often reverses after)
EQL - (AKA Double Bottoms) - Sellside liquidity that acts as a mage net to stop retail longs out (often reverses after)

Balanced Price Range (Bullish and Bearish Entry)
-Bullish and bearish FVG that overlap with no price action in betwen

Significance of 8:30am opening candle
-Bearish days will often wick above into an OB or FVG then reverse
-Bullish days with often wick below into an OB or FVG then reverse
