Some rules that have helped me in trading in life and communication, this relates to the philosophy of stoicism
1) Don't pay attention to what other people are doing
Don't waste the rest of your life on what the people around you are doing. Be mindful of your purpose and don't let your emotions take you off the straight path to success.
2) Your reality is constructed by your speculation.
There is no reality and there is no truth. You see what you want to see. You talk to those who resonate with you, and you all reinforce your version of reality together. Everyone has their own reality.
3)You're stronger than you think.
You can't stop man-monkeys from throwing shit at you, but you can change your attitude and make good decisions. You want to be strong? Go to boxing or other classes. Talking, forums, chat rooms, and lying on the couch won't help.
4)Do what you're made for and get high from it.
What are you good at? What do you like to do? Now do just that, don't push yourself, don't break yourself. Only a man in his place, who loves his job, will defeat his enemies and always succeed, regardless of the circumstances.
5)Never complain.
Someone wrote something unpleasant to you - ban. Don't complain.
Quit a job that hurts or hurts you. Don't complain.
Don't live with someone who doesn't appreciate you. Leave and start all over again. Don't complain!
6)You can be happy anywhere.
Visit interesting places, live wherever you want, but don't make the dream of moving your essence. Rural people want to go to the city, city dwellers want to go to the countryside. It's a never-ending cycle.
7)Do Good
There is no better solution than to do that which leads to good. There is no nobler cause than to help others.
8)Be thankful for what you already have
Happiness is not the ability to have everything in the world, it is the ability to be grateful for what you already have.
