When Asked the Problem(s) of NIGERIA, many tend to say It's Leadership&Corruption, however,the problems of NIGERIA are: 1. Civilizational 2. Incomplete Decolonization 3. Systemic 4. Cultural 5. Divergent worldviews and Leadership & corruption are symptoms of foundational problems
First NIGERIA is not a nation by simple definition of a nation but a country/state of many nations which can be in fact, Civilizational nations of disparate/conflicting civilizations/worldviews, take for instance, A country comprising of Muslim Arabs,Judeo-Christian Europeans and
Hindu-Indians, Budhist Chinese etc. Localization of the world renounced book titled " Clash of civilizations, remaking of world order by Samuel P Huntington to Africa, West Africa and then NIGERIA itself will tell you more about this.
This myriads of problems exists in most African countries after the 1884/5 Berlin conference, partitioning Africa without ethnic consideration, consent of the indigenous peoples and sharing these lands amongst colonial bandits.

There are atleast 54 European countries in Africa, Africa is the most diversed continent. Most African countries except those with white settlers do not necessarily have Racial grouping issues like In US etc but Ethnic grouping and Civilizational clashes.
