Pasmandas are majorly skilled working class.They are as much dedicated to the cause of Izlam as others. Maximum Madrasa students/Tabhlighi foot soldiers are Pasmandas, they'll always identify themselves as only muslims but gullible LC Hindus will see them as their own.
Pasmanda movement is a recent one started by Ali Anwar in 98, they call themselves เคฆเฅเคถเค (native) muslims but still use the Persian word Pasmanda. This movement is only limited to the Bourgeoise section of the so called Native muslims and has NO BUYERS within their community.
This BJP tactics won't affect them , infact they will bargain hard , take all the benefits but will always be on the side of their co religionists.
