13 ways you are destroying yourself without even knowing:
No one is going to admit that they are destroying themselves.

Almost everyone's living on auto-pilot. You do not even know that you are working against yourself.

β€’ You blame others
Life becomes easy when you always have someone to blame, parents, teachers, friends and if no one else then you have God to blame.
Instead of blaming others, take charge of your life.
When you blame others, you give up control on your life.
β€’ You love complaining
You have a PhD in complaining, everything is supposed to work the way you want, so you have to complain if it doesn't.
Right ? Wrong.
Instead take some initiative fix what you dont like.
β€’ Trying to control everything
You want to control the traffic, the weather, your boss, your partner basically everything and everyone.
Unfortunately. that is not possible.
Which leaves you feeling like a loser, dejected, sad & anxious.
β€’ You seek approval
β†’ You determine your worth based on what others think
β†’ You get upset because someone doesn't like you
β†’ You always want to please others
β†’ You cant disagree with anyone
This will sooner or later causes anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
β€’ You are afraid of failing
β†’ You don't take risks.
β†’ You don't try new things.
β†’ You will suffer a crappy job but won't change.
What are you so afraid of ?
Your fear of failure will not let you move ahead in life and you will see life just passing by.
β€’ Trying to be someone else
You imitate others. Why ? You don't like yourself ?
When you try to be like others you tell your subconscious that you are not good enough.
You will never be happy because you will never be like someone else.
β€’ Afraid of conflict
You would rather be a nice person, than someone who speaks for himself.
You say, I am a peaceful person I don't like conflicts.
NO
If you do not speak up when you are right, you are scared. Simple. And people are always going to walk over you.
β€’ Spend time with the wrong people
If you are around 4 losers, guess who the 5th loser is.
As clichΓ© as it may sound but your circle defines where you are going to end up.
If yo do not have quality friends, make new friends or stay alone.
β€’ Avoiding Problems
Run as much as you want your problems are coming with you. Think about the last time you successfully avoided a problem ?
When you run away from your problems they catch up with you and then you have a sea of problems.
And then you ask: Why me God !!
β€’ You are addicted to something or someone
Addicted to drugs ? Addicted to a person ? Addicted to social media ?
Doesn't matter what the addiction is, it is eating up your soul.
β€’ You love self-pity
You enjoy being sad, picking up on yourself, feeling sorry for yourself.
One bad thing happened to you and you will not let it go forever.
Self-pity is dangerous. You live with the hurt and negativity and keep passing it to others.
β€’ You love procrastinating:

Procrastinating will simply add on to your anxiety, stress and depression.
