Pro tips
for bro's in the kitchen
-Buy an air fryer.
I don't consider myself a good cook.
But everything I make in the air fryer BANGS!
Chicken Thighs, veggies & potatoes are my top go to's
Crockpot:
Not everyone has the time to cook all their meals.
The crockpot changes the game.
roast, chicken, chicken noodle soup
Cook it once- eat it... 2-3-4+ times
Pro tip: freeze the left overs in Tupperware and re eat next week or the week after!
Beef jerky:
On average... I get 30-60g of protein per day from beef jerky.
it's too easy!
I'm sourcing it for around $22/pound. But you can make your own for way cheaper.
(if anyone knows how to make beef jerky drop a link for us. I remember someone shared this before)
Snack cravings are real:
Frozen Mango, dried mango, dried (any fruit that you like)
any fruit...
Dark chocolate too. 1-2 pieces
Hot sauce: I'm a big fan. I put it on everything
I get mine sourced from a homie who makes his own! or chulula (however it's spelled)
Salt and Garlic is your best bud for tasty meals!
don't be shy! Throw it on there. Salt is going to help your performance in the gym too
Don't underestimate sandwiches
They are a staple in my weekly nutrition. Great for on the run too!
Double down on the meat! Always have bread on hand.
I love hot stuff
I'll add red pepper flakes to rice, potatoes and sandwiches
Steak:
About 1inch thick. Why? perfect size to fry up. Takes no time. Get the CAST IRON hot and throw it on there for a nice seer.
Cook with Gee or Kerry Gold butter
As mentioned above
Get you a cast Iron. Your local goodwill will probably have one available... or just by new
I have a mini cook book with a couple recipes
if you're interested shoot me a DM and I'll send it over to you (give me a couple days to get back to DMs)
