From how I do my research, I get my keywords first.
For each keyword, I scan through the positive and negative reviews of the first few books that appear on the first page of that keyword.

This for other books with a good BSR in that keyword and in other keywords as well. If you're up for it, or when you've gotten enough to give you a full book.
Then the Strength of your competition. The positive reviews.

I've noticed that in the positive reviews, readers appreciate that you've shown them an issue..

So you gather all of these and of course, highlight them in your Subtitle.

That's how I model a book without copying directly it's title, description or anything that makes my book look like a replica.
