1. An Ideal Audience Avatar
Before you record videos, you need to understand who's gonna watch them
If you don't know who's your ideal audience, you're shooting in the dark
Write down an ideal persona of 3-4 of your viewers
What's their age?
What do they do?
Where they live?

2. Ideation
As a beginner, you may just think of an idea and jump on to create a video on that
But that takes isn't effective
Generate as many ideas as you can before you go to the next stage
You will understand what are the ideas worth doing and you'll have ideas for future

3. Research
The importance of this step is to figure out what ideas to create videos on and what are the gaps in the existing content
Think from the POV of your ideal audience
Is the existing content solving their problems?
If not, include those points in your videos.

4. Thumbnail, Title and the Script
Beginners often neglect the importance of the thumbnail and title
Generate at least 5 ideas for titles and thumbnails
Write a script to avoid confusion later.
It will save you time when you record the videos.

Video editing can be difficult and tiresome.
It takes time and practice to get better at it
But in the beginning, aim to remove any mistakes, pauses, etc.
Add text, images and videos to engage viewers

7. Scheduling and Publishing
The algorithm and audience both appreciate the consistency
In the beginning, you can test different times for your videos
Slowly you'll understand, which time works best for you to get initial views
Stick to that time and publish regularly

Use YouTube analytics to understand where the audience is dropping off and how you can improve those parts
Experiment with different thumbnail and title
